Love on the Run brings simple, affordable weddings to the deep south, with registry-style ceremonies from $375. Our Southland celebrants cover Invercargill, Gore, Winton, Riverton, Western Southland and the Catlins. Whether you're picturing a rugged Catlins coastline, a farm gathering, a garden ceremony or a wedding venue, you can marry on any day of the week with as many guests as you like. Choose your celebrant and one of our three ceremony scripts, and we'll take care of the rest. Photographers, music and decorations are all welcome. Meet our Southland celebrants below.

    Joanne - Invercargill

    Hi I’m Jo, mum to 3 adult children, happily married for 31 years, cat mum to 3 cats who don’t like each other very much! I love gardening and spending time at the beach body surfing or kayaking. I love all the seasons in NZ, and traveling in our campervan around Southland and Otago.

    Jude - Gore

    Hi, I am Jude and I work as an event manager for a large rural event that is held every two years here in Southland. I also am the Secretary for the Southern Indoor Charity Dog Trials that runs an event every year to raise much needed money for Hospice. I love being able to do weddings as it is so refreshing and exciting to work with soon to be newly weds. I love my garden and with children having flown the coop I enjoy pottering among the flowers and going for a casual bike ride when time allows (more to earn a coffee!!). Even though I live in town, I am a farm girl through and through! It would be such an honour and privilege to be part of your wedding ceremony.
