I'm Poppy! A snapshot of me: mum of two (three if you count my first born, our GSD Sherpa), wife of one. Into competitive water-skiing, hiking and anything hills or mountains, rearranging the house and writing (author of two books - one kids, one non-fiction). Worked as a journalist before taking my life in a different direction, and moved to India to immerse myself in all things yoga.
